JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being husband has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the matter was referred in Mediation but the mediation failed. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction makes a very categoric submission that the petitioner has already filed an application under Section 13

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44355 of 2022(6) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 of the Hindu Marriage Act and thus will not maintain the informant.
