The petitioners seek bail in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 66/2017 dated 19.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
85 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have denied the aforesaid seizure.
The petitioners are in custody since 19.09.2017 and they do not bear any criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55589 of 2017 (2) dt.30-11-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 66/2017.
