2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 574/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111(4), 61 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one countrymade loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51586 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 574/2024.
