JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2016 On 11.08.2016, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, none appears for the petitioner. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of on merit. In this case, the petitioner is challenging his nonselection as Sub-Inspector as he applied for the aforesaid post in pursuance of advertisement issued in the year 2004. The petitioner has appeared in the examination, but finally his roll number was missing in the selection list. Allegation has been made of tempering with the answer sheet supplied at the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10953 of 2013 dt.31-08-2016 2/2 time of test. Apart from aforesaid, claim has been made that wrong persons have been selected in the written test and the petitioner has been deprived. It is alleged that the petitioner is not responsible for the wrong answers in the model answer sheet and as such, he is entitled to the marks for the questions which he solved correctly. Except verbal allegation, no material has been produced on record to show that the claim of the petitioner is bona fide and so much so learned counsel for the petitioner is being absented on two consecutive dates.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in the present application. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
