The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Director, Secondary Education as contained in Annexure-17. Earlier the petitioner had approached this Court by filing CWJC No. 9480 of 2012 which was disposed of on 10.08.2015 with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner. During the pendency of the proceeding before the Director, Secondary Education another writ petition, CWJC No. 8577 of 2016 was filed which was disposed of on

Patna High Court CWJC No.14400 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 2.5.2018 directing the Director, Secondary Education to consider the case of the petitioner of CWJC No. 8577 of 2016 along with one Dr. Gopal Krishana. Pursuant to the order of this Court the Director, Secondary Education heard the matter at length and after hearing the parties and on consideration of relevant materials has come to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner does not merit any consideration and as such the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

Considering the detailed discussion of the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna in his order dated 18.3.2019, the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioner.

The writ petition does not merit consideration. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
