The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 233 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that 174 liters of English wine is recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before
