2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 124(1) and 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are said to have brutally killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that during investigation, it has come that the petitioner was not involved in the crime and his wife Ramkali Devi has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.01.2026. The petitioner

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi /concerned Court below in connection with Bhutahi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025 and subject to the following condition:- (I) the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the Trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
