Versus
1. The State of Bihar.
.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Lalan Kumar Verma For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Abhay Kumar - 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 384 of 2016 arising out of Gobind Ganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner killed his wife and thrown her body in an open ditch, which fact found corroboration from the Forensic report, I am not inclined to review my earlier order by which the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. The application is accordingly dismissed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
