1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioner has filed the present wit application, commanding the respondents to arrest the persons, namely, Sanjeev Kumar and Bhola Kumar, who have allegedly assaulted the deceased son of the petitioner in brutal manner, due to which he succumbed to the injuries.
3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State, stating therein that both the accused persons have been

4. In view of the aforesaid statement made in the counter affidavit, no further direction need be issued in the present writ application.
