JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2024 Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar Labh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Md. Harun Quareshi, learned AC to SC 1 for the State.

Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraph No.1 of the writ petition:- "That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to act sincerely and honour the Rule, Law and facts and circumstances and further may direct the respondents to pay Honorarium dues since 24/1/2021 to 18/8/2021 which total amount is 1,33,256/- and special allowance which total amount is 33,600/- with interest and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10735 of 2023(5) dt.28-11-2024 2/2 financial penalty to the petitioner which is still dues in the facts and circumstances for which the petitioner is entitled."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks liberty to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in view of Annexure 1 for the relief, as prayed for in the writ petition.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, who shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.

5. In case, the District Magistrate don't act forthwith, the petitioner is at liberty to take action in accordance with law on account of unwanted delay in disposal of representation. (Purnendu Singh, J) Sanjay/- U
