1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. That the respondents may be directed to remove the encroachment from public land and road situated in Mauza Dadwa bearing R.S. Khata No. 167, R.S. Plot No. 205, area-48 decimal.
ii. That the respondents may be directed to not allow any encroachment upon the public road and land and no one may be allowed to make encroachment/construction."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits, by referring to paragraph no.11 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the encroachment in question has already stood removed on 23.07.2015, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The said fact has not been refuted by the petitioner inasmuch as no rejoinder affidavit has been filed.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
