This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant had paid money to Md. Reyaz Ali to manage job in the Railways. Allegation against the petitioners is that they had also stated to the informant that they are involved in managing job by back door entry.
Submission is that the complainant was himself engaged in illegal act of ensuring back door entry and job, hence, he can not get protection of law. More over, there is no specific allegation against the petitioners.
The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53777 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 12 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge III-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Banka, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
