The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 951 of 2017 arising out of Mehsi P.S. Case No 23 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 363, 366, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. this petitioner is said to be one of the accused, who had kidnapped the victim girl with an intention to marry. He further submits that victim girl has come back and her age has been found to be 18 years. In her statement she has stated that she has married to one Sanoj Kumar and had gone with him.
