2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 111, 140(2), 127(2), 127(6) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner along with others is accused of kidnapping the victim. The petitioner and other co-accused were caught with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2025.

5. Mr. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a driver and he was taken forcibly by the criminals along with the vehicle at gun point which has come in the confession of the petitioner but the

6. In the facts of the case, when materials have come against the petitioner that he has participated in the crime of kidnapping, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
