2. On 21.11.2017, due to non appearance on behalf of the petitioners, the case was dismissed. However, it was later on restored on 03.01.2018.

3. Thereafter, by order dated 23.07.2018, report was called from the Court below with regard to the present stage along with Xerox copy of the entire up-to-date ordersheet in the case. The same has been received from the Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50421 of 2014(6) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 1st Class, Kishanganj under letter No. 122 of 2018 dated 27.07.2018, in which it has been stated that the case is at the stage of argument.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, especially, the fact that today also nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioners, the application stands dismissed.
