Petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, are accused in a case registered for offence under sections 304B/34 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners reside separate to the husband of the deceased and have no concern with their affairs. The allegation is general and omnibus against them. Husband of the deceased is already in custody and they are also in custody since 14.7.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let both the petitioners above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge I, Banka in Sessions Trial No. 472 of 2017, Katoria Police Station Case No. 117 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how
