Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nawkothi P.S. Case No.103 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 302, 328, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of para 20 and 21 of the case-diary, it would be evident that the deceased was assaulting his sister due to which the mother and sister of the deceased had gone to the house of petitioner 1 (Arvind Singh @ Arvind Kumar Singh) to save themselves and they have also stated that petitioners are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.657 of 2021(6) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case by the informant (father of the deceased).

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No.103 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
