The petitioner seeks bail in Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 64/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 341, 448, 323, 325, 302, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act and Sections 10, 13, 16, 18 and 20 of UAP Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence informant, who is Officer-Incharge of Valmikinagar P.S., got information that Maowadi Group has attacked on the house of Mukhiya Manoj Singh. On such information informant reached at the place of occurrence and saw the dead body of Manoj Singh. The spy and the local people disclosed that 10-15

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41023 of 2019(2) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 people along with ladies arrived with firearm and one of them opened fire upon Manoj Singh who died on the spot. The Guptchar disclosed name of this petitioner and other accused persons.

Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Firoj Akram, J.M. 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Valmikinagar P.S.
