2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Singeshwar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379/414 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner was arrested with a stolen motorcycle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. As a matter of fact, when the alleged motorcycle was recovered from someone else,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46937 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 the police personnel insisted the petitioner to become a seizure list witness which he denied and it was the reason that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Singeshwar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
