Petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court in this case registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 376, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that it is out and out a case of false implication based on the rivalry of two Nursing Homes. One of the Nursing Homes is owned by the petitioner's father. Petitioner's counsel has further submitted that the name of petitioner surfaced in the course of investigation. There is a finding in the medical report regarding injury in the private parts of the victim girl due to introduction of firm and hard substance. The occurrence of rape has taken

The nature of allegation is serious and, therefore, having regard to the gravity of the offence, for the present, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail. The same is rejected.
