1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. On query from the learned counsel for the petitioners with regard to the present stage of the case, the learned counsel submits that despite his best endeavour he could not seek instruction from the petitioners nor the petitioners ever contacted him in these four years. It is further submitted that the case was dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 12.09.2019 thereafter a restoration application was filed which was allowed by an order dated 17.02.2020. Learned counsel, thus, submits that since he has not been able to seek instruction in the matter from the petitioners nor the petitioners ever tried to

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present anticipatory bail.

4. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daud Nagar, Aurangabad/successor Court.
