2. This is an application for modification in the order dated 27.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34338 of 2023 through which petitioner, above named, has been granted bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the cause title of earlier bail order, inadvertently, father's name of petitioner no. 1 has been wrongly typed as 'Sugriv Mushar' instead of 'Bali Ram Mushar'.

4. Accordingly, the father's name of petitioner no. 1 in the cause title of the order dated 27.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34338 of 2023 be modified and same be read as "Bali Ram Mushar".

5. Hence, the modification application is allowed, to
