JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner has fairly stated that as the salary of his reemployment for the period from 01.12.2010 to 28.11.2011 has been made in the year 2016 i.e. after lapse of five years, he is entitled to the interest of the aforesaid amount. Looking to the fact that the petitioner has already been given the benefit. If the petitioner has been paid the salary for the aforesaid period in 2016, it will be verified by the respondents, in such circumstances, the petitioner will be entitled to the 5% interest on the amount aforesaid, if any extra amount will be made,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13564 of 2013 (2) dt.27-10-2016 2/2 the same will be recovered from the person who is responsible for the delay in making payment.

With the above observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
