2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 255/2020, G.R. No.5831/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner and others are said to have committed murder of the informant's sister due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is the

He further submits that the petitioner is not in any way connected with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner bears no criminal antecedent. He further submits that on similar and identical allegation, coaccused Arvind Sharma, Munni Devi, Ramanand Sharma have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.23917/2021 and on the principle of parity, the petitioner also deserves bail.

5. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on similar and identical allegation co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail, keeping in view clean antecedent of petitioner, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 255/2020, G.R. No.5831/2020,
