The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraiya Kothi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(i) and 41 (1) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 226.800 litres of illicit liquor from the field of co-accused.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is languishing in custody since 09.09.2017. Considering the nature of accusation and the period of custody already undergone, I direct the petitioner named above to
