The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, one loot was committed in the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank in which Rs. 4,16000/- along with golden chain and etc. was looted. Materials have come during investigation to show that the petitioner was involved in the crime and disposal of the looted articles.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to a person who has looted the Bank.
