JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2016 By way of the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report in Salimpur P.S. Case No.42 of 2015 registered under Sections 135 of the Electricity Act. I have perused the FIR as contained in Annexure1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
