This is an application for bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 215 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the FIR and allegation is for murder of brother of informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is made accused only on suspicion as there was money transaction between the petitioner and deceased and except that there is absolutely nothing against him and he is in custody for nine months and charge sheet has been submitted.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56305 of 2017 (2) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 215 of 2016, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, except showing any genuine reason, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
