The petitioners are in custody since 23.04.2023 in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 325/307/302/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, altogether 14 persons named in the F.I.R. have assaulted the prosecution side with sickle, rod, dagger and sticks. The specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Sonu Kumar Sah and Sumangal Sah who are said to have hit on the head of the deceased Shyamnandan Sah.

No.44888 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against them and no specific allegation of assault has been attributed against these petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 23.04.2023. There is case and counter case between both the parties. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S.
