The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P. S. Case No. 330 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1670 of 2018) dated 03.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. Once such an application is filed, the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73610 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 shall take into account that the petitioner is a lady and that similarly situated accused persons have been granted regular bail and shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced with the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.
