The petitioners, namely, Matishwar Devi, Deepak Rai and Chintu Rai, apprehend their arrest in Revelganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are made accused in the case but no specific allegation is made against them. Omnibus and general allegation of assault is made against all the accused persons. There is a counter-version being Revelganj P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016. Similarly situated coaccused, namely, Raju Rai, Ram Ratan Rai, Sadhu Rai, Munilal Rai, Yogendra Rai @ Yogendra Kumar and Chandan Rai have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41163 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 28331/2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.VIII, Saran at Chapra in Revelganj P.S.
