CORAM:

HONOURABLE MR.

JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

Learned counsel submits that the consumers of the petitioner's Fair Price Shop have been attached with another shop, as he has been treated as being suspended. Learned counsel submits that there was no suspension order.

In case there was no suspension order against the petitioner prior to letter dated 26.02.2011, the said order attaching the consumers of the petitioner with another shop is unsustainable in law and stands quashed.

The respondent no.2 would pass appropriate order in the light of the order of this Court.

This application stands disposed of.
