The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1012 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1-B) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was made accused in Complaint Case No. 553C of 2012. However, in that case petitioner had acquitted. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2018. Considering the facts that the petitioner had been acquitted in the complaint case and he is in custody since 11.9.2018 in connection with recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
