The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019 registered under Sections 344, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

The injuries sustained in the alleged occurrence are simple in nature. Further he submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.
