In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking relief for granting first and second ACP.

Petitioner has been appointed as Panchayat Sevak at Noorsarai Block Office on 1.3.1988 and he has passed the departmental examination of Hindi Noting and Drafting on 19.12.1993

Patna High Court CWJC No.10773 of 2013 (3) dt.09-09-2016 Grievance has been raised that he has not been granted first and second ACP. He has already completed the period for his entitlement. He has filed representation before the respondent authority which is pending for consideration. District Magistrate, Nalanda is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner.

For convenience, petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the District Magistrate, Nalanda and District Magistrate, Nalanda will be obliged to consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
