Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506, 120B of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner is a female and housewife. She has falsely been implicated in this case due to preexisting land dispute between the parties. It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against her and that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Other co-accused Misha Bharti has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr Misc No 61062 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.910 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No 336 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
