In the present MJC, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "For modification of order dated 12.01.2023, i.e., for extension of time at least of six (6) months for finalization of Departmental Proceeding passed in CWJC No. 19453 of 2021. On 12.01.2023 the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass following order:-

Patna High Court MJC No.1829 of 2023 dt.09-02-2024 2/2 Concerned authority is hereby directed to complete the inquiry proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Respondent is directed to cooperate in the disciplinary proceedings."

3. Before disposing CWJC No. 19453 of 2021 dated 12.01.2023, six months time was stipulated for completion of inquiry proceedings and it was subject to cooperation of the respondent. Six months have elapsed in the month of July, 2023 whereas the present application was filed on 05.07.2023.

3. No doubt at the fag end of time limit MJC has been filed for extension of time for further period of six months. Even such six months time has elapsed as on this date. Therefore, question of entertaining for present MJC No. 1829 of 2023 is not warranted.

4. Accordingly, the MJC No. 1829 of 2023 stands disposed off.
