The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a), 68(j) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
