Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-10-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 96/2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution side is alleged to have been assaulted by the petitioners. There is counter version of the occurrence.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3807 of 2021(4) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 submitted that this case has been lodged because of a long standing dispute between the parties. The case lodged by the petitioners is first in point of time. It was earlier submitted on behalf of the petitioners that despite their best efforts, they could not lay their hands upon the injury report of the victims and as such this Court had called for the case and had granted provisional bail to them. Case diary has since been received. The injuries suffered by the victims are all simple in nature.

Considering the afore-noted facts, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 29.07.2021 is hereby confirmed. They shall remain on the same bail bonds.

The application stands allowed.
