Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018 for the offence under sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of suspicion, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.
Learned counsel further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Learned APP with reference to case diary submits that dead body was recovered from inside of the septic tank of newly
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73874 of 2018(3) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 constructed house of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 17.4.2018 and also the fact that other co-accused have been granted bail, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S.
