By the impugned order, the court below has rejected the Pleader Commissioner's report on the ground of being not scientific and the measurement is not correct as is not according to law.

In view of the facts and circumstances, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
