That is an application for issuance of writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions, Mandamus to the respondent No. 2 (The District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari), and Respondent No. 4 (The Circle Officer, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran) to vacate the Aam Gairmazarua land, which was used by general people as road since last several years, appertaining to Khata No. 2, Khesra No. 203, total area 1 Acre 56 decimal land, which is shown as road in the map of the Singhpur Government of Bihar, situated at village Singhpur, Thana No. 4, Halka Pantoka, P.S. Haraya O.P. Raxaul, DistrictEast Champaran, which has been encroached by the private respondents, and / or grant any other relief or reliefs for which petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10221 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 3/3 present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Raxaul, District-East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
