2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 559 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.
3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with police personnel reached the place of occurrence and on search 300 liters of spirit has been recovered from the drums.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 02.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named is directed to furnish bail bond after three months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court, Excise-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 559 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
