JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 2.3.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 50264 of 2016 on merit with direction to learned trial court to expedite the trial.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date charge has not been framed in this case. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation against the petitioner of firing, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, since petitioner is in custody for the last one year 10 months, learned court below is directed to expedite the framing of charge and once charge is framed, learned trial court is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4550 of 2018 (4) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible.
