The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 322/2017 dated 17.10.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 100 litres of country made liquor was found from the possession of the petitioner, which he was carrying in train.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2017 and does not bear any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
