JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. This application has been filed for restoration of I.A. No.7763 of 2014 as well as C.W.J.C. No.2194 of 2000 which stood dismissed due to the reasons stated in the order dated 19.01.2015 passed in the aforesaid writ application. So far the defect no.1 pointed out by the stamp reporter is concerned, it is stated that the sole petitioner in the writ petition died and, thereafter, I.A. No.7763 of 2014 was filed for substitution of the legal representatives described therein, therefore, the heirs have filed this application because the writ petitioner has already died.
