The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation as mentioned in the FIR is that a sum of Rs. 15,000/- has been fraudulently taken of from his KCC account with the Bank. The petitioner and others are employees of the Bank and similarly situated Branch Manager of the Bank has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. The case of the petitioner cannot be distinguished from that of the other co-accused Bharat Kumar Choudhary @ Bharat Choudhary.

Taking into consideration that co-accused has been granted benefit of anticipatory bail by this Court vide its order dated 22nd July, 2021, I am inclined to allow bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
