The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 dated 17.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have abducted the daughter of the informant.

It appears from the records that the daughter of the informant was recovered who gave her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. clearly stating that she had run away from her house of her own choice for the purposes of marrying the petitioner. She has further stated that being of age (a major woman), she has married the petitioner and wishes to stay with him.

No.76524 of 2018(3) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 Considering this aspect of the matter, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
