1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence. It is next submitted that petitioners are separate in mess and business . No specific overt

5. However, learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R and there is allegation against them of committing murder of daughter of informant within a year of her marriage due to dowry and also disappeared the dead body.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail petition of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
