This is an application for bail in connection with Lakshmipur P.S.Case No. 168 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is that petitioner and other accused persons were abusing one Shambhu, who is cousin of informant, and on protest father of informant, the informant was dashed by motorcycle by Nilesh and Ritesht causing injury to him and later on he succumbed to injuries.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation is attributed against him and he is in custody since 18.8.2017. Further submission is that charge sheet has been

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Lakshmipur P.S.Case No. 168 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
